【简历】

赵瀛兰药学博士,副教授,博士生导师。1998 年毕业于华西医科大学临床医学专业,获医学学士学位。 2000-2004 年在日本名古屋大学从事肿瘤药理学,药代动力学及抗肿瘤多药耐药的研究, 2003 年 9 月获药学博士学位。 2004-2006 年在日本爱知医科大学作为博士后继续从事上述研究。 2006 年 4 月起作为国家“ 985 ”工程引进人才在四川大学生物治疗国家重点实验室,主要从事针对特定靶点的小分子抗肿瘤药物开发研究,在新药研发,肿瘤药理及药代动力学研究方面有丰富的理论及实践经验。 作为课题负责人主持了国家高科技发展计划( 863 计划),国家重大新药创制临床前新药研究,国家自然科学基金课题及教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金等多项课题。 目前已在国际杂志 Mol Psychiatry(IF12) , J Neurosci (IF8) , Antimicrob Agents Chemother , Life Sci , Eur J Pharmacol., 等共发表论文近 30 余篇

【研究方向

1. 针对特定靶点的小分子新药研发及作用机理研究 :主要针对恶性肿瘤及神经系统疾病包括急性脑损伤等进行针对特定靶点新药研发应用基础研究,研究内容包括高通量抗肿瘤药物筛选,药效,药代动力学及安全性评价,基于代谢组学及蛋白组学等药物作用机理及安全性研究。

2. 抗肿瘤多药耐药及药代动力学研究: 研究范围包括药物转运载体包括肿瘤多药耐药相关药物载体的调控机理研究,不同疾病状态下药物转运载体的调控和药代动力学特点研究。
