  苏智广
苏智广,男,教授,博士生导师。教育部新世纪优秀人才,四川省卫生计生领军人才,四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选。国家863项目首席专家。国家自然科学基金及教育部博士点基金、教育部长江学者评审专家。
    2001年在四川大学华西临床医学院获医学遗传学博士学位。2005年1月~ 2009年7月:美国弗吉尼亚大学和The Jackson Laboratory博士后。近年来,以第一或通讯作者在国际专业杂志包括Hum Mol Genet,Arterioscler Thromb Vasc Biol,J Lipid Res等国际专业杂志发表SCI收录学术论文20余篇。担任Physiological Genomics,Int J Obesity,Acta Pharmacologica Sinica,China Med J (Engl.) 等杂志特邀审稿人。目前承担863项目、国家自然科学基金、教育部资助科研项目。以负责人完成的项目“冠状动脉硬化和肥胖症脂代谢的遗传基础与临床研究”获得四川省科技进步二等奖。
 
研究方向】
(1)肥胖治疗药物筛选及作用机制:应用脂肪细胞及动物模型(高脂饲料诱导的或基因敲除小鼠)筛选调节脂肪细胞分化及影响肥胖发生的化合物,并应用基因表达组学、高通量基因测序技术、基因功能研究等策略阐明药物作用机制。
(2)肥胖与代谢分子调控:研究肥胖成因及肥胖所导致的代谢紊乱的分子机制。
(3)复杂疾病候选致病基因筛查:通过基因组测序发现基因变异或突变,研究其与疾病相关性,并进行功能研究。
