2008-2015  美国西南医学中心/休斯研究所,博士后及讲师
2015-至今 四川大学生物治疗国家重点实验室,特聘研究员 (PI)
 
研究方向
实验室研究细胞内物质运输与相关疾病的机制(包括炎症型肠病,感染,神经退行性疾病等),并针对性地开发小分子药物。本实验特色包括:(1)综合应用细胞生物学、生物化学,结构生物学,化学生物学,模式动物等手段,而不是局限于某一研究手段;(2) 同时展开基础研究与临床转化研究,申请美国专利一项。具体研究方向包括:
 
1. 内体运输 (endosomal sorting)
2. 细胞内运输及细菌,病毒的感染机理
3. 神经衰退性疾病,肠炎等与细胞内运输相关疾病的分子机制
4. 化学生物学/小分子药物开发
