研究方向
我们主要研究如何诱导肺和肝等器官的再生和修复。同时我们致力于通过再生医学手段防止受损器官的过度结疤(纤维化)。为达到这些目的,本课题组集中于研究血液和血管细胞是如何形成“引导性的微环境”(Niche)调节器官的再生和纤维化。具体回答如下相关问题:
1)血管内皮细胞是如何通过与组织干细胞及成纤维细胞相互作用调控器官的再生和纤维化反应。
2)血液细胞如血小板和免疫细胞是怎样与血管系统共同形成“血液和血管微环境”,从而控制受损器官的再生和纤维化。
3)是否可通过编辑血液和血管细胞建立“促再生和抗纤维化的微环境”,从而增强干细胞在病变器官的功能性植入,达到促进组织再生的治疗目的。
