个人简介

20126月在四川大学华西医院生物治疗国家重点实验室获理学博士学位。20127月至20146月在华西医院从事博士后研究工作,期间先后在美国North Dakota University医学院和Cornell University附属Houston Methodist医院访问学习。20147月起在四川大学华西医院生物治疗国家重点实验室工作,先后任助理研究员、副研究员。主要研究领域为炎症相关疾病的天然免疫信号转导。主持国家自然科学基金和中国博士后基金等多项国家及省部级基金项目。参与国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)和重大新药创制科技重大专项等多项课题的研究工作。申报中国发明专利3项。现已发表SCI学术论文30余篇,其中以通讯或第一作者在Nature CommunicationsNature MicrobiologyMolecular and Cellular BiologyNeoplasia等国际杂志发表SCI论文10余篇。获得四川大学学术之星等荣誉。

 

研究方向

我们利用基因工程小鼠与相应疾病模型,结合病人样品,通过生物化学和细胞生物学等多种手段来研究和阐明天然免疫信号通路在重大炎症性疾病中的功能和作用机制。主要研究方向包括:

1)     病原微生物-宿主相互作用。以目前临床上常见病原细菌铜绿假单胞杆菌和肺炎克雷伯菌为模型,研究其致病的关键效应蛋白功能,阐明宿主免疫系统感知应对病原菌感染的分子机制。

2)     炎症小体的活化调控机制。炎症小体的活化调节失控易造成过度的炎症反应,与多种自身免疫性疾病的发生和发展密切相关。以类风湿关节炎、痛风性关节炎和溃疡性结肠炎等模型研究炎症小体的活化调控机制,可望为自身免疫性疾病的治疗提供新的方向和靶点。

3)     炎症免疫性疾病的生物药物研发。围绕炎症免疫性疾病(如关节炎、肺炎和恶性肿瘤)的病理机制,开展miRNA等基因治疗药物新品种和外泌体等新型导入系统的研发。
