个人简介:
芳,女,博士,教授,博士生导师。2003年毕业于四川大学华西基础医学与法医学院获生物化学与分子生物学博士学位,2003.8-2005.8 在复旦大学蛋白质组研究中心/化学系从事蛋白质组学与化学生物学的博士后研究工作。2005.9-2010.6,任四川大学生物治疗国家重点实验室副教授,硕士生导师;2010.7-至今,任四川大学生物治疗国家重点实验室教授,博士生导师。2014.9-2014.12,美国J Craig Venter Institute研究所高级访问学者,学习从事合成生物学研究。现主要从事疾病蛋白质组学、药物靶标与药理、肿瘤标志物与发病机理、合成生物学与微生物药物等研究。近年已主持承担国家自然基金、863课题、973子课题、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、教育部博士点基金、四川省杰出青年基金、四川省科技支撑计划,成都市应用基础与成果转化项目等多项课题。以通讯第一作者在Mol. Cell. ProteomicsOncotargetJournal of ProteomicsProteomics, Cancer LettersJournal of Translational Medicine, ElectrophoresisBMC Cancer等杂志发表30多篇SCI论文,获得专利3项。
 
任职任编:
中国蛋白质组组织(CNHUPO)青年学者委员会委员,四川省生物化学与分子生物学学会理事,四川省免疫学会感染免疫专委会委员;中国生物化学与分子生物学学会、中国微生物学会和中国免疫学会会员。担任科技部、教育部项目评审专家,是国家自然基金评审专家、四川省科技厅项目评审专家及成都市科技评估专家。2010年获得教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,2013年获第十批四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选,2013年获中国生物化学与分子生物学学会蛋白质组学专业委员授予“优秀青年学者奖”。Journal of Translational Proteomics Research和《生物医学》杂志编委,Proteomics, Human Gene Therapy, Journal of Translational Medicine Tumor Biology, Proteome Science, Disease Markers等多种国际SCI刊物通讯审稿人。

现主要从事疾病蛋白质组学、药物靶标与药理、肿瘤标志物与发病机理、合成生物学与微生物药物等研究。招生方向涉及生物化学与分子生物学,细胞生物学,肿瘤学,合成生物学,微生物学,生物技术药物,化学生物学等有关专业与方向。
