导师简介:
肖波,神经发育与代谢研究室主任,博导,973首席科学家,四川大学华西医院生物治疗国家重点实验室特聘教授。

教育科研经历:2005年被四川大学“985工程”引进回国,1997-2005年美国约翰·霍普金斯大学从事神经科学研究,1993-1997年加拿大多伦多大学博士后,1993年北京医科大学博士。担任中国神经科学学会理亊,国家科技部、自然基金委、国家科技奖励评审专家。
除了重点研究大脑外,我们也研究神经细胞相互作用在外周神经系统形成和维持中的作用。我们甚至延伸到神经组织以外的细胞间相互作用研究。特别的是,我们使用转基因修饰小鼠,研究肝脏中的肝细胞如何与脂肪组织中的脂肪细胞相互作用维持整个机体代谢的稳态。
主要研究方向: 1神经元发生发育与髓鞘形成和疾病 2、神经元与胶质细胞相互作用及代谢调控 3、神经元死亡、退变与神经退行性疾病。
研究条件:本研究室已建成一支协作创新的研究团队。拥有3个开放技术平台,包括细菌人工染色体操作、蛋白表达及相互作用以及分子影像技术平台。主要设备有:原/真核及活体电转仪,荧光定量PCR,体视及正/倒置显微镜及DSU转盘式共聚焦,全内反射荧光显微镜、钙离子成像系统,冰冻切片机,高速冷冻离心机,DNA凝胶成像系统等。
承担项目情况:研究室已成功建立20多个品系条件性敲除/入小鼠模型。与国内外多家知名实验室保持长期合作与交流,共同申请了多个基金项目。作为牵头单位已完成科技部国家重大科学研究计划1项(首席,2139万),国家自然基金3项。目前承担国家自然基金重点项目1项, 面上和青年基金各1项。
人才培养:本研究室每年择优选派优秀研究生或技术人员出国深造,2005年至今已派出20人次至美国约翰•霍普金斯大学进行深造
代表性论著:已在Developmental Cell、J of Neuroscience、Nature NeuroscienceNeuron等国际著名杂志发表论文十余篇, 总影响因子> 180,他引>2,000次, 入选Elsevier“爱思唯尔”2014、2015年中国神经科学领域高被引学者。
