 【简历】

聂春来,男,教授,1995-1999年毕业于四川大学生命科学学院生物化学专业,获理学学士学位。同年考上中国科学院生物物理研究所脑与认知中心国家重点实验室,攻读博士学位, 从事老年性痴呆的分子机理研究,20047月获理学博士。9月进入中国科学院动物研究所博士后流动站,在生物膜与膜生物国家重点实验室从事细胞凋亡和抗癌药物机理研究。期间,参加多项自然科学基金以及973课题的研究(973计划, 细胞凋亡和分化在肿瘤侵袭和转移中的作用(2002CB513100;线粒体融合素Mitofusin调控线粒体融合和运动的分子机制 NSFC-30630038Caveolin/caveolaeTRAIL选择性诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的调控NSFC-30570419;线粒体肿瘤抑制基因SDHB表达的表观遗传学调控及其在结肠癌发生中的作用机制NSFC-30700399),并成功主持一项自然科学基金面上项目(2006-2008, 活性氧和氧化还原因子在Bax活化和细胞凋亡调节中的作用.NSFC-30500111)。2007年进入四川大学生物治疗国家重点实验室从事抗癌药物应用性基础研究,参与一项自然基金研究(人DRR1基因与肿瘤形成的机理研究NSFC-30800581),并作为主要研究者参与国家重大专项(2011ZX09102-001-013)的研究。以第一作者身份或通讯作者身份在高水平杂志Cell death&disease, JBC, Mol MedPlos one上发表多篇文章,在抗癌药物研究中具有重要基础。

【主要研究方向】

1)天然药物的靶点鉴定。利用实验室的生物信息学软件分析可能的药物靶标,蛋白组技术筛选,生化和细胞生物学方法鉴定;(2Bcl-2家族蛋白在肿瘤发生中的作用。(3)自噬系统的调控机制。自噬和肿瘤发生,肿瘤复发的关系。
