【简介】

四川大学生物治疗国家重点实验室教授,博士生导师。2002年在四川大学获工学博士学位。曾长期从事与物理化学实验相关的信号的微机检测、实验装置的计算机控制、实验内容的更新等工作,主持编写了《物理化学实验(第四版)》并于 2004 年由高等教育出版社出版。2007-2008年在美国Western Michigan University进修访问,师从著名学者莫亦荣教授,以CHARMM GAMESS GAUSSIAN等为工具开展了QM/MM分子动力学模拟、基于酶靶点的药物设计、小分子间相互作用能的定量分解、质子转移研究等方面的研究工作。

目前已以第一作者/通讯作者身份发表SCI论文10篇。在前期工作中依据基于靶点结构设计的思想,开展了针对iNOSCOX-2PIM-1EGFR等靶点的抑制剂研究,在国际著名学术刊物发表SCI论文4篇(Mol Diver 2014; Drug Des Devel Ther 2013; PLoS One 2013J Med Chem 2011),并获得十二五重大新药创制重大专项资助。用基于QM/MM的分子动力学方法,对整合素αVβ3与一系列环多肽抑制剂间的相互作用进行了研究,相关研究成果发表SCI论文1篇(J Mol Model 2012)。开展难溶药物的纳米增溶增效研究,发表SCI研究论文5篇(Biomaterial 2015Int J Nanomed 2014; Biomaterial 2013Nanoscale 2012Nanoscale 2011);应邀撰写先导化物的发现与优化综述2篇(Methods 2015Comb Chem High T Scr 2012)。
